Leche flan is a dessert made from condensed and evaporated milk and egg yolks. Top it off with a creamy caramel topping. Get the recipe!
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix all together until you reach the desire consistency and set aside.
- For the caramel topping: Heat the molder with sugar until it turn in to caramel Let it cool for 15mins Then pour the battered mixture to the molder with caramel.
- Place them in a steamer, then steam for 40mins. Let It cool and place it in the fridge for 1hour. Place it in a plate upside down.
