And make sure not to throw out that gravy it will come in handy and make this soup all the more flavorful. A bonus: this may be the easiest soup you' ll ever make!

- In a large soup pot, combine all ingredients except pot roast and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in leftover pot roast.
- Continue to cook until soup thickens.
- Spoon into large bowls and serve with dinner rolls and sweet cream salted butter.
