- Heat the olive oil in a nonstick medium skillet over medium heat. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble until almost set.
- Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each bagel. Evenly divide the scrambled eggs over the cheese. Top with the turkey and then the bacon. Spread 2 tablespoons of the cranberry sauce over each remaining bagel half and place on top of the sandwiches. Serve immediately.
Substitute: Feel free to substitute leftover ham for the turkey. Dice and mix into the scrambled eggs for a delicious and filling sandwich.
