- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread the ham or turkey in an even layer.
- Mix the corn, green beans and cream of mushroom soup in a medium bowl. Spread over the meat.
- Mix the mashed potatoes and milk to reach a spreadable consistency. Spread evenly over the vegetables. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and top with the leftover stuffing.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with the parsley.
Recipe Tip: If the stuffing begins to brown in the oven, cover with aluminum foil to prevent it from burning.
