This light and tasty lemon blueberry layer cake is a great fruity summer dessert for any occasion.

- Make cake according to directions in 2 round pans. Let cool.
- Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
- In separate bowl whip heavy cream for about 3 minutes until peaks begin to form.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Cut cakes in half. Layer cake, frosting, and blueberries.
- Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
