- In a skillet over medium heat, saute the garlic in the butter for 3-4 minutes. Add in the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Place the salmon in a large baking pan and pour the sauce over top. Place under the broiler for 10-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked. Reserve the juices from the pan and serve on the side of the salmon for dipping. Enjoy!
