Select ingredients:


  1. In a small saucepan, place the butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, powder, and dill, and heat until well-combined.
  2. In a cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat, place the olive oil.
  3. Coat each tuna steak (both sides) in the lemon mixture. Place the steaks on the grill pan. Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness.
