Hereâs the perfect dip to accompany potato chips, French fries, or pretzelsâitâs jam-packed with bacon and cheese and other delights.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the bacon, the cottage cheese, the sour cream, the cheddar cheese, the cream cheese, the garlic powder, the pepper, and the fresh chives, reserving a little of the chives, bacon, and cheddar as topping. Mix well.
- Place the mixture in a 1 ½ quart baking dish, and top with the reserved chives, bacon, and cheddar.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve with potato chips, French fries, or pretzels.
