Loaded Baked Potato Dip

Here’s the perfect dip to accompany potato chips, French fries, or pretzels—it’s jam-packed with bacon and cheese and other delights.

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the bacon, the cottage cheese, the sour cream, the cheddar cheese, the cream cheese, the garlic powder, the pepper, and the fresh chives, reserving a little of the chives, bacon, and cheddar as topping. Mix well.
  2. Place the mixture in a 1 ½ quart baking dish, and top with the reserved chives, bacon, and cheddar.
  3. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with potato chips, French fries, or pretzels.
