- Makes 8 hot dogs
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and buffalo sauce.
- Place each cooked hot dog in a toasted hot dog bun. Add several pinches of grated cheddar, a pinch or two of grated mozzarella, and some of the onion.
- Drizzle with a bit of Buffalo/mayonnaise sauce, top with feta cheese and chives.
- Serve and enjoy!
