Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange LAY’S Classic Potato Chips on the baking sheet leaving space between each potato chip. Sprinkle an even amount of cheddar cheese over each potato chip and top with chopped bacon.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Top each chip with about 1/2 teaspoon of the sour cream and minced green onions.

Recipe Tip: Substitute Swiss, Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese for a delicious alternative!
