Creamy, hearty potato soup with a seafood twist. Perfect for a fall evening!
- Combine potatoes, onion, garlic, broth, salt, pepper and oregano into a crock pot. Cook on low for8 hours.
- While still in crock pot, mash to desired consistency. Potatoes should be very tender.
- Add crab meat, half and half and the 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well. Continue cooking on high for 1 hour.
- Serve by the bowl and top with desired garnishes.
