Loaded Potato Crab Soup

Creamy, hearty potato soup with a seafood twist. Perfect for a fall evening!

  1. Combine potatoes, onion, garlic, broth, salt, pepper and oregano into a crock pot. Cook on low for8 hours.
  2. While still in crock pot, mash to desired consistency. Potatoes should be very tender.
  3. Add crab meat, half and half and the 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well. Continue cooking on high for 1 hour.
  4. Serve by the bowl and top with desired garnishes.
