Penne with shrimp, mushrooms and olives

  1. olive oil in skillet, sauté onion, mushrooms and garlic until soft. Add tomatoes and 1/2 cup water, cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add capers and olives simmer for 1 minute. season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add shrimp simmer on low heat until cooked.
  3. Cook pasta in boiling salted water about 8-10 minutes. Drain, then toss with sauce and add parsley and serve.
