Who doesn't love Mac n Cheese?! These bites are perfect for enjoying the comfort food on the go such as your next tailgating party!

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook pasta until al dente. Grease baking cup sheets with spray or a little melted butter.
  2. In a medium-sized pot, stir together butter and flour over medium heat until butter is melted and smooth. Add milk and raise the heat just below a boil. Add 1 cup of the cheese, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Turn down the heat to low. In a large bowl, stir pasta, cheese sauce, and egg until well mixed and pasta is covered in cheese.
  3. Spoon 2-3 tablespoon fulls of mac and cheese into mini muffin tins and sprinkle a small pinch of any leftover cheese cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool 5 minutes before removing the bites from the baking pans.
