Using whole wheat macaroni, you can have a high fiber & low-sodium vegetarian pasta salad recipe. Fresh veggies & avocado dressing bring it all together!

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted water, according to package directions. Drain, and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine avocado, Greek yogurt, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir garlic powder, celery salt, green onion, chopped walnuts, and parsley into the creamy avocado mixture.
  4. Add hot sauce (if desired), and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cooked macaroni, thoroughly mixing to coat every noodle.
  5. Serve immediately.
