In a mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add orange juice, cream, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, letting it completely soak in on all sides. Then, in a greased baking pan arrange the bread. Itâs ok if the slices are layered.
Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 3 hours). When ready to bake, uncover, drizzle with the melted butter and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. The top should begin to crisp.
