- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Arrange bratwursts on a cooling rack set over a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until the center of the bratwursts reaches 165 degrees.
- While the bratwursts are cooking, combine all remaining ingredients in a small sauce pot and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes to reduce liquid by a third.
- When they are cool enough to handle, slice the bratwursts into 1-inch rounds and toss with the glaze. Transfer to a party platter and serve with toothpicks.
