Select ingredients:


  1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 325 degrees. Place ham in a roasting pan then using a sharp knife carefully score the fat of the ham in a cross hatch pattern. Bake for 2 hours.
  2. In a small sauce pan combine orange juice and maple syrup and bring to a simmer. Reduce liquid by half.
  3. After 1 hour 30 minutes remove ham from oven and glaze using maple orange mixture. Glaze every 10 minutes for the time remaining.
