Triscuit Marshmallow Sweet Potato Toppers

Makes 6 servings, 4 topped crackers each
These easy appetizers are sure to please a crowd! With only five ingredients, they look and feel amazing!


Select ingredients:


  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Arrange crackers on a baking sheet and place 2 marshmallow slices on each.
  3. Let marshmallows brown in oven by broiling, around 5 inches from the heat source (no more than 1 minute. Watch close because marshmallows will burn fast)
  4. Place TRISCUIT Crackers on a serving dish.
  5. Using kitchen scissors coated with cooking spray, slice through marshmallows and place on top of each cracker.
  6. Using a star tip, pipe the sweet potatoes on top of the marshmallows to resemble a pumpkin.
  7. Dust each pumpkin with pumpkin spice.
  8. Place an onion piece through the top of the sweet potato dollop to make a stem.
  9. Once your pumpkins are assembled, serve warm and enjoy!
