Triscuit Marshmallow Sweet Potato Toppers

These easy appetizers are sure to please a crowd! With only five ingredients, they look and feel amazing!

- Heat broiler.
- Arrange crackers on a baking sheet and place 2 marshmallow slices on each.
- Let marshmallows brown in oven by broiling, around 5 inches from the heat source (no more than 1 minute. Watch close because marshmallows will burn fast)
- Place TRISCUIT Crackers on a serving dish.
- Using kitchen scissors coated with cooking spray, slice through marshmallows and place on top of each cracker.
- Using a star tip, pipe the sweet potatoes on top of the marshmallows to resemble a pumpkin.
- Dust each pumpkin with pumpkin spice.
- Place an onion piece through the top of the sweet potato dollop to make a stem.
- Once your pumpkins are assembled, serve warm and enjoy!
