Ingredients
Directions
-
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
-
Stir in marshmallows until smooth.
-
Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the rice cereal.
- Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with baking spray. Spoon the rice cereal mix into the baking dish, then press it down to form into the dish and create an even, flat top.
-
Use a large 2” biscuit cutter to cut out circles. Use your hands to form any remaining peanut butter riced cereal into circles to match the size of the cut-outs.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes until cooled.
-
Lay the circles onto a flat surface, and draw a cross + onto each circle. To the right of the +, draw a semi-circle ( overlapping the horizontal line of the cross. On the left of the cross, draw a semi-circle facing the opposite direction ) and also overlapping the horizontal line of the cross. This will resemble the lines of a basketball.
- Allow the colored gel to set, about 15 minutes.
