- In a large saucepan, over medium to low heat, cook the mango pieces and water. Once they become softened, about 5 minutes, place through a hand food mill. Save the juices and discard the pulp. Add the sugar to the hot mango juices and stir to dissolve. Let cool to room temperature.
- In a large pouring pitcher, combine the white wine, triple sec, white rum, mango-sugar mixture, watermelon pieces and stir. Add plenty of ice and key lime slices. Let the flavors blend for 30 minutes to 1 hour before enjoying. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
