These meatballs are true to their name. You take one bite and they melt in your mouth! These can be added to pasta, put on a sandwich or just eaten plain...they are that good!
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Roll and freeze on cookie sheet (about 10 minutes will harden them).
Heat oil over medium heat and cook meatballs until no longer pink about 15-20 minutes
