Seasoning, and spices in a thick sweet Memphis "style" sauce.
- In a medium saucepan over, medium to high heat cook the olive oil and melt the butter. Add the onion and cook for 6 to 7 minutes, until it is slightly browned. Add the garlic and stir continuing to cook for another 2 minutes. Turn the heat down so you don't burn the garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients, whisk together. Bring to a boil and then simmer until you reach your desired thickness. Strain out the onions and garlic if desired. Place in a clean glass container and let cool completely before placing in the refrigerator.
