Mesquite Cilantro Grilled Corn

Inspired by the flavors of street corn, this smoky mesquite version will change the way you look at barbecue side dishes. Keeping the husks attached while cooking makes this a portable treat.

  1. Blend McCormick McCormick® GrillMates® Mesquite Seasoning with butter and herbs. Set aside.
  2. Prep corn for the grill by peeling back the husks and removing the silks. Tie husks to the "handle" or stem using a piece of husk.
  3. Grill corn for 10 minutes or until corn is tender and lightly charred over medium-high heat. Be sure to turn occasionally to evenly distribute color.
