Inspired by the flavors of street corn, this smoky mesquite version will change the way you look at barbecue side dishes. Keeping the husks attached while cooking makes this a portable treat.
- Blend McCormick McCormick® GrillMates® Mesquite Seasoning with butter and herbs. Set aside.
- Prep corn for the grill by peeling back the husks and removing the silks. Tie husks to the "handle" or stem using a piece of husk.
- Grill corn for 10 minutes or until corn is tender and lightly charred over medium-high heat. Be sure to turn occasionally to evenly distribute color.
