These brownies have a kick of flavor from cinnamon and cayenne. They're the perfect ending to your fiesta!

Select ingredients:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Make sure that the piece of foil extends up and over the sides of the pan. Spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for about 2 minutes. Stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Add sugar and blend in the eggs and vanilla, stirring to combine as much as possible. Combine cinnamon, cayenne and flour and mix into the liquid mixture. Pour into foil-lined pan.
  4. Bake batter for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Let cool completely then use foil to remove the brownies. Cut into squares before serving.
