- With a handheld or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, cheddar and ranch seasoning until smooth. Add bacon and chives and beat again until fully combined.
- With a melon baller, a small cookie scoop or your hands, form balls with mixture. Then, roll the cheese balls in toasted pecans. Push a mini pretzel stick in the middle for easy presentation.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
