Put the pita bread or pizza crust on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
Scoop ½ of the pizza sauce on each crust and spread around evenly with a spoon.
Sprinkle ½ of the shredded cheese evenly over each crust.
- Sprinkle ½ of the goat cheese evenly over top the mozzarella cheese.
- Chop the basil into small pieces and sprinkle ½ of it over each crust.
- Let sit for a couple minutes before cutting.
