Mini Pizzas

What's worse than wanting pizza but don't have a crowd to feed? This allows you to have your cake and eat it to! Personal mini pizzas allow you and your friends and family to customize their own toppings!

Directions

  1. Put the pita bread or pizza crust on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
  2. Scoop ½ of the pizza sauce on each crust and spread around evenly with a spoon.
  3. Sprinkle ½ of the shredded cheese evenly over each crust.
  4. Sprinkle ½ of the goat cheese evenly over top the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Chop the basil into small pieces and sprinkle ½ of it over each crust.
  6. Let sit for a couple minutes before cutting.
