THIS RECIPE IS MADE WITH THE FRESHEST ZUCCHINI RIGHT OUT OF THE GARDEN ,IT HAS A VERY MOIST TASTE,THAT YOU CAN NOT EVEN TELL IT HAS ZUCCHINI IN THE BREAD. EVERYONE THAT HAS EATEN THIS BREAD SAY THAT IT TASTES VERY GOOD ,WITH A TOUCH OF VANILLA AND CINNAMON, ONE OF THE PUREST BAKED ITEMS,. RIGHT FROM THE GOOD EARTH YUMMY

  1. SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SIT ASIDE THAT WOULD BE YOUR FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA AND CINNAMON
  2. BLEND EGGS, OIL, VANILLA AND SUGAR TOGETHER
  3. AT THIS POINT YOU WANT TO ADD THE FLOUR MIXTURE TO THE WET INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL UNTIL IT IS ALL BLENDED TOGETHER. NOW YOU CAN ADD YOUR WALNUTS, RAISINS, AND THE GRATED ZUCCHINI STIR WELL AFTER YOU HAVE BLENDED ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
  4. FLOUR AND GREASE TWO LOAF PANS, THEN YOU WANT TO DIVIDE THE ZUCCHINI MIXTURE BETWEEN THE 2 LOAF PANS SPRINKLE SOME EXTRA CINNAMON ON TOP OF THE ZUCCHINI LOAVES FOR A EXTRA FLAVOR
  5. YOU ARE NOW READY TO BAKE YOUR ZUCCHINI BREADS
  6. BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL DONE. ENJOY!
