- Add the banana, carrot, pineapple, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg to a blender and blend until smooth. Add additional almond milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Enjoy immediately!
Recipe Tip: To freeze bananas for smoothies peel the ripe bananas, slice into chunks and place in a single layer on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Freeze for 1 hour and then transfer to a freezer safe bag and freeze until ready to use.
