- Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl using a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the apple pie filling and continue to mix until combined and the apples are broken into smaller pieces.
- Stir in 4 tablespoons of the caramel sauce and pour the mixture into a serving bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow it to set. Drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce.
- Serve with sliced apples, graham crackers and/or vanilla wafers.
