When making a holiday meal, you have quite a few things to prepare and only so much time and oven space. So, this year, make the season a little easier and choose a no-bake dessert like this Maple Pecan Cream Pie! Coming together in just 15 short minutes, this oh-so decadent treat is quick and easy to make with a prepared graham cracker crust and simple combination of cream cheese, sugar, maple syrup, heavy cream, vanilla extract and pecans. Once whipped and mixed together, this pie can be stored in the refrigerator until it’s time to serve, so feel free to make it the night before!

  1. Beat the cream cheese, brown sugar and maple syrup in a medium bowl using a handheld mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whisk the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl until medium peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  3. Mix 1 cup of pecans into the cream mixture until combined and transfer to the prepared graham cracker crust.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/3 chopped pecans over the pie.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Recipe Tip: To toast pecans, place on a sheet pan in a preheated 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Alternatively, toast in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally
