Dairy is a common allergen for many people, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a tasty, filling smoothie in the morning!

  1. In a blender, add the apple, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, basil, honey, almond milk, and yogurt. Blend on high for about 1 minute.
  2. If the ingredients begin to stick to the sides of the blender, stop, scrape the sides, and continue blending until well mixed.
