  1. combine ketchup, mustard, vinegar & brown sugar in bowl & set aside
  2. place vegetables in food processor
  3. Combine ingredients using only half of the sauce
  4. Mix well & place in Crock Pot. Make a slight indentation length wise & across for drippings to drain. Cook on high for approximately 5 hours. Use a Turkey Baster to remove drippings (grease) as needed
  5. When done, remove to a platter & let set for about 10 minutes to firm up. Slice & serve with your favorite mashed potato or rice recipe and fresh steamed vegetables. Serve with remaining sauce
