Tacos are great at any time of the day! These breakfast tacos feature some of your favorite toppings-cheese, avocados, and black beans with eggs- in at a tasty to-go shell.

Whisk eggs in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper and beat well.

Melt butter over medium heat. Add eggs and cook until lightly set.

Heat tortilla bowls as directed on package. Divide the egg and bean mixture evenly and add to bowls. Top with additional scallions, cheese, salsa and avocado.
