A classic breakfast option with twist! This omelet will certainly delight.


Select ingredients:


  1. Bring water to a boil in a large, wide sauce pot.
  2. Meanwhile, using quart-sized freezer bags, “take your omelette orders” by writing each person’s name right on each bag, along with what they want in their omelette.
  3. Place ingredients in the bag, being careful not to fill more than 1/4 of the way full. Add liquid eggs to each bag to just cover the ingredients (about 1/3 cup). Zip the bag shut, being careful to leave no air in the bag.
  4. Place all the bags in the boiling water all at once. Boil for 7-8 minutes.
