A classic breakfast option with twist! This omelet will certainly delight.
- Bring water to a boil in a large, wide sauce pot.
- Meanwhile, using quart-sized freezer bags, “take your omelette orders” by writing each person’s name right on each bag, along with what they want in their omelette.
- Place ingredients in the bag, being careful not to fill more than 1/4 of the way full. Add liquid eggs to each bag to just cover the ingredients (about 1/3 cup). Zip the bag shut, being careful to leave no air in the bag.
- Place all the bags in the boiling water all at once. Boil for 7-8 minutes.
