A sandwich doesn't have to be piled high with the topping to be tasty. A hot, cheesy melted sandwich with tomatoes is a quick and easy lunch!

  1. Set oven on broil and place ciabatta slices inside up for 1 minute, or until just beginning to brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and begin sandwich assembly. Spread mayo and mustard on each slice.
  3. On each piece of bread, add 2 slices ham, 2 tomato slices and one piece of cheese.
  4. Top with 2 more slices of ham and remaining cheese. Place back in oven under broiler and cook until cheese is melted. Make sure to keep an eye on your sandwiches so they do not burn. Serve immediately.
