- Combine chili sauce, BBQ, and apricot jelly in slow cooker and stir well. Set on low.
- Slice sausages in half and place in slow cooker.
- Cook for 1-2 hours.
- Combine coleslaw mix, pepper, vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, pepper, salt, and celery seed and toss until coated evenly.
- Slice hoagie roll, add sausage and top with coleslaw mixture.
