Ingredients
Directions
- Discard the seasoning packet that comes with the corned beef. Place the meat in a roasting pan. Sprinkle with seasonings and pour orange juice into the pan. Add the orange slices and dried cranberries into the pan, around the meat.
- Cook in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 3 hours.
- Remove the meat from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice the meat across the grain. Arrange meat slices on a serving dish. Remove the rind from the cooked orange slices and discard, leaving the softened pulp.
- Place the meat juices into a small sauce pan. Dissolve the cornstarch in the warm water and stir into the meat juices. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes, until slightly thickened. Pour the thickened meat juices over the meat.
