- Thaw the Lindy's Italian Ice in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Transfer to a blender. Add 1 Â½ cups of vanilla ice cream and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Divide the mixture equally into three large glasses.
- Fill each glass with root beer and add additional vanilla ice cream and/or whipped cream if desired.
