  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Heat garlic and butter until butter is melted.
  3. In another bowl, mix parmesan cheese, panko, pepper, and cayenne, if you want to give the dish heat.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken in the butter, then in the breadcrumbs, covering both sides.
  5. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 60 minutes.
