Oven Fried Salmon Cakes

A lighter take on salmon cakes - baked, but still crispy and delicious. .


Select ingredients:


  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Then add the salmon, crushed crackers, mayonnaise, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix together well.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly, into 5 or 6 rounds. Place them onto a parchment lined half sheet pan. Gently press them down to flatten until they are about 3/4-inch thick or so. Drizzle lightly with a little olive oil.
  4. Cook in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until they are nicely golden brown. Serve warm with tartar sauce.
