Satisfying and crunch - a great healthy alternative to a summer favorite.
1. In a bowl combine ground chicken, red onion, garlic, paprika, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and salt and mix until all ingredients are well combined. Form mixture into 4 evenly sized patties. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to set, then either grill or pan fry, making sure that internal temperature of patties reached 165 degrees.
- 2. Serve each burger nestles between iceberg lettuce cups with paleo mayonnaise and sliced green onions.
