Paleo Chicken Burgers with lettuce buns

Satisfying and crunch - a great healthy alternative to a summer favorite.


Select ingredients:


  1. 1. In a bowl combine ground chicken, red onion, garlic, paprika, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and salt and mix until all ingredients are well combined. Form mixture into 4 evenly sized patties. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to set, then either grill or pan fry, making sure that internal temperature of patties reached 165 degrees.
  2. 2. Serve each burger nestles between iceberg lettuce cups with paleo mayonnaise and sliced green onions.
