Parmesan Alfredo Summer Spaghetti

A delicious and easy summer recipe that is ready in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In large cooking pot, add 6 cups water, uncooked spaghetti noodles, mushrooms, zucchini, and peas.
  2. Bring to boil and cook for 8 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to simmer and continue cooking for additional 3 minutes.
  4. Drain the water and return mixture to the pot.
  5. Add Alfredo sauce and chopped chicken; mix well.
  6. Serve topped with grated Parmesan.
