- In large cooking pot, add 6 cups water, uncooked spaghetti noodles, mushrooms, zucchini, and peas.
- Bring to boil and cook for 8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to simmer and continue cooking for additional 3 minutes.
- Drain the water and return mixture to the pot.
- Add Alfredo sauce and chopped chicken; mix well.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan.
