Simple and easy-to-make dinner that's light and healthy!


Select ingredients:


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan and butter. Microwave for 20 seconds and stir well. Set aside.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. In an oven-safe saute pan, warm olive oil. Add salmon. Sprinkle spice mixture on each side. Cook each side about 8 minutes on medium low heat, or until salmon is cooked through. (Will depend on the thickness of your filet).
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over salmon filet and coat the top with the bread crumb and parmesan mixture. Bake for about 5-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
