- Prepare pasta in salted boiling water as directed on the box. Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add oik.
- Saute red onions, garlic, ginger and swiss chard until soft. Add in coconut milk. Season with salt, pepper, and granulated sugar; let simmer.
- Once pan begins to simmer, gradually add in lemon juice and continue to simmer. Toss with drained pasta, correct seasoning, add fresh basil and top with pine nuts or walnuts. Serve hot.
