Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Hershey kiss and peanut butter cookie

  1. Preheat oven to 375 and remove wrappers from the chocolates
  2. Combine the shortening and peanut butter in bowl until well blended, add both sugars and beat until fluffy. Add the egg, milk and vanilla and beat well. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add the flour mixture into the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Shape the dough into 1 inch balls then roll into the sugar. Place each cookie onto a ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes then remove from oven and add the kiss onto the top of each cookie. Let cool completely
