- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash banana until smooth.
- Add all other ingredients and stir until combined.
- Roll mixture into 1 1/2" balls. Then, place on a cookie sheet and press down to flatten.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes and move to a cooling rack.
