Pears are a great source of fiber and can help babies with constipation.The are also a great source of copper, iron, potassium, manganese and magnesium as well as B-complex vitamins.


Select ingredients:


  1. Place pear slices in a vegetable steamer. Cover and steam until tender and breaks apart with a fork.
  2. Using a potato masher, mash peat until smooth. You can use a processor to smooth as well.
