How do you make pot roast with beer? Simple. Try this BBQ brisket that'll taste right out of Pennsylvania and save you time as it's in the slow-cooker!
- Combine beer, garlic, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lime juice. Mix well and add beef.
- Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Add to slow cooker, cover and cook on low setting for 4-6 hours.
