Fresh spinach, pesto, green beans, and cherry tomatoes come together to create a mouthwatering flavor in this penne pasta dish. Get the recipe!
- Cook penne according to directions in large pot. When there is 5 minutes remaining add green beans. Drain when done.
- Add spinach to bottom of pot. Pour hot penne and green beans on top. This will cook spinach.
- Once penne and green beans are done, add olive oil to skillet set on warm. Add shrimp and cook two minutes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, flip and cook for another 2 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
- Add pesto, grape tomatoes and shrimp to penne pot and stir until all the ingredients are coated with pesto.
