Putting pimento cheese inside of your burger adds a cool surprise of intense cheddar and pimento flavor. It's best to eat this one with an extra napkin at the ready.

  1. In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pimentos, mayo, ground red pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce and diced pimento till throughly mixed and set aside.
  2. Flatten your raw ground beef onto a cutting board. Place a spoonful of the pimento cheese mixture in the center and form a patty around it completely encasing it in the meat.
  3. Place the meat on the grill and grill about 4 minutes on each side. Use a meat thermometer if necessary to test inside temperature.
  4. Build the burger with lettuce and tomato. No need for extra mayo, as the center provides that creamy texture when you take a bite.
